Pedro!

Thought I'd share with you a photo of my brother and Pedro, my brother's friend Chris' Spaniel puppy (8 weeks!). He was the most adorable, excitable, prone-to-impromptu-urination dog I have ever met, and the temptation to leave with him was very high, to say the least. Unfortunately, he moved so fast he was either blurred or facing away from the camera every time I tried to take a photo...

(Shhhh, don't tell my brother.)

Top 10 Tracks June 12

So, seeing as I keep reaching the 200 limit on my 'Musical Favourites' playlist on YouTube, I thought I should maybe do a Top 10 songs list for you.
I have an odd taste in music, so the chances are you won't like it, or probably won't care.
Anyway, these videos are all from YouTube and obviously I don't own anything etc etc.

(In no particular order)

1.) Arctic Monkeys - R U Mine

2.) The Black Keys - Tighten Up

3.) Peggy Sue - Matilda

4.) Paloma Faith - Picking Up The Pieces (I am SO in love with this!)

5.) Woodkid - Run Boy Run

6.)Daughtry - September

7.) Jake Bugg - Someone Told Me (Acoustic)

8.) Delilah - Breathe

9.) Big & Rich - Save a Horse (Ride a Cowboy)  (IT'S SO FREAKING GOOD.)

10.) Julia Stone - You're The One That I Want (There's been a lot of conflicting views over this, but, personally, I love it.)

You know when you limit yourself to something, and then you get to the end, and there's just one thing left that you NEED to put in, but have no room left for. Yeah, well here's number 11, because I just love this too much to leave it out.

11.) Laura Marling - What He Wrote (Also, this fan-made music video is absolutely stunning.)

I purposely haven't put in much 'mainstream' music as the chances are that you've already heard of it, but I'm absolutely loving Jason Mraz's new album and Express Yourself by Labrinth.

Aberdaron, June 2012.

These are some of the only photos from the whole week which I deemed worthy of editing, although most of these are still out of focus because some banana (...) decided to leave it switched to macro instead of landscape.

This snail became a close friend of mine, I named him Alfonzo.

I know, I know, these images are pretty shoddy, and Photoshop has recently decided to die on my laptop so these are all with Microsoft Office Picture Manager which is just... Bleagh.
Excuses excuses... Anyway, I hope these at least manage to convey even half of how beautiful Aberdaron is. I would totally recommend visiting it sometime.
